As our support team continues to grow, we’re looking for Level 2 and Level 3 Engineers to join us at our Bridgend (Waterton Park) office. We’ve recently moved into our own, brand-new office space – a great location and an exciting new home for the company – providing a modern, comfortable environment to work, collaborate, and grow from.

The Role
We’re looking for an all-rounder – a confident, technically skilled, and commercially minded individual who can oversee our Southern operations. This is a hybrid role combining account management, technical expertise, and regional leadership.
You’ll be responsible for:
– Acting as the primary point of contact for customers in the South
– Managing key client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
– Providing senior-level IT and telecoms support to local clients
– Coordinating the local support desk, managing queues, and overseeing ticket progress
– Supporting engineers with escalations and remote technical assistance
– Overseeing callouts, fleet management, and general office operations
– Working closely with senior management to drive regional performance and customer satisfaction
– Ensuring local staff feel supported, engaged, and aligned with company values
– Leading by example, maintaining a hands-on approach to customer and technical work
What are we looking for?
– A natural leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
– A technical background in IT and/or Telecoms
– A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to switch between management, account handling, and technical work
– A problem-solver who enjoys helping customers and mentoring staff
Technical Knowledge (desirable):
-Microsoft 365 Administration: Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD
– Windows Server (2016–2025): Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN
– Networking & Connectivity: Routing, switching, VLANs, firewall configuration (e.g., Fortinet, DrayTek, SonicWall), Wi-Fi infrastructure design and troubleshooting
– Telecoms & VoIP: SIP trunks, hosted VoIP platforms, PBX configuration, QoS optimisation, and unified communications solutions (Teams Voice, Horizon, 3CX, etc.)
– Cloud Technologies: Microsoft Azure (VMs, storage, networking), SharePoint Online, backup and DR solutions (Datto, Acronis, Veeam, etc.)
– Cyber Security Fundamentals: Firewalls, endpoint protection, MFA, patch management, phishing awareness, vulnerability scanning
– Remote Monitoring & Management: Experience with RMM or ticketing platforms
– Hardware & Infrastructure: Server and network equipment deployment, UPS management, rack configuration, structured cabling understanding
– Client Onboarding & Consultancy: IT audits, solution design, technical documentation, and strategic planning

Working Hours
– Monday to Friday
– 37.5 hours per week
