The Role
This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone based in the Northeast, with occasional travel to customer sites where required.
You’ll be part of our support team, delivering high-quality IT support remotely while still feeling connected to the wider ITCS team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing remote IT support via service desk
- Troubleshooting systems, users, and connectivity issues
- Supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Assisting with telecom and VoIP systems
- Supporting network infrastructure remotely
- Escalating and collaborating with senior engineers
- Maintaining clear documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ IT support experience
- Strong remote troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
