The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role combining service desk support and field engineering, based from our Poundbury office.
You’ll support customers remotely and on-site, working across IT systems and telecoms platforms – ideal for someone looking to build real-world experience and progress into a senior role.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing day-to-day IT support remotely and on-site
- Diagnosing and resolving user, system, and network issues
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Working with VoIP, PBX, and telecom systems
- Supporting networks (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
- Assisting with upgrades, migrations, and installs
- Maintaining documentation and customer records
- Escalating complex issues appropriately
